📗 Scheduler

If you need each uploaded video to have clearly defined individual parameters (for example, title, description, tags, thumbnail, comment, or publication time), it's most convenient to use the Scheduler.

The Scheduler is an Excel table named [Scheduler], where each row corresponds to a separate video, and each column is responsible for a specific data type. The Scheduler allows you to simultaneously use the same data set for multiple accounts or create individual settings for each channel.

1. Status — value 1 enables the video for upload (required field).
2. Video — path to the video file on your computer (required field).
3. Title — video title (required).
4. Thumbnail — path to the image file that will be used as the video preview.
5. Description — description text under the video.
6. Tags — list of tags separated by commas.
7. End Screen — URL of another video, playlist, or channel to display in the end screen.
8. Info Card — URL for the info card displayed in the video.
9. Comment — text of the comment to be left under the video.
10. Scheduled Publication Date — date and time of video publication in dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm format.

✅ Enabling the Scheduler

By default, video data is taken from files in the project folder. To activate the use of the Scheduler, follow these steps:

1. In the template settings, change the thread operation mode to Dedicated mode.
2. This action enables the Linker and allows the template to use data from the Scheduler.

How Scheduler Relates to Input Settings

Scheduler is used through Linker and has priority over custom files specified for the same account. If the account row contains a Scheduler path, the template takes video and metadata from the Excel table.

Setting	Effect when using Scheduler
Thread Operation Mode	Must be Dedicated; otherwise Linker and the Scheduler path are not used as the main data source.
Metadata toggles on the Metadata tab	They are not the main switch for Scheduler fields. If a field in the Scheduler row is filled, the template uses it; if the field is empty, the matching action is skipped.
Video Access	Applies as the general privacy mode unless the Scheduler row defines a more specific publishing scenario.
Scheduled Publication [in minutes]	Works as an interval for a series of videos, but a concrete date in Scheduled Publication Date is more precise and tied to the Scheduler row.
Audience and Restrictions and Category tabs	Applied only when their Apply Settings toggles are enabled.

This lets Scheduler work as a strict task table: each Excel row controls a specific video, while input settings define general upload, audience, category, delay, and timer rules.

↩️ Linking the Scheduler

To link the Scheduler table to a specific account:

1. Open the Accounts table.
2. Go to the second sheet named Linker.
3. In the same row where the account data is specified, fill in the cell in the Scheduler column, specifying the full path to the Scheduler table \..\[Scheduler].xlsx.

:::warning Please note

• If you're using the Scheduler, make sure the paths to files and images specified in the table are correct and accessible.
• When using the Scheduler, you don't need to additionally connect data files through the Linker.
• If some fields don't need to be filled, you can leave them empty. :::

If you want to use standard files again, disable the Scheduler by removing the path to it from the Linker table and switch the thread operation mode to Shared or Dedicated with file usage.
