πŸ“ Creating Posts

The Create Posts task creates community posts on the working channel from prepared data.

βš™οΈ How to Enable​

  1. In the YouTube-Poster Configuration tab, select Create Posts.
  2. In the Create Posts tab, keep Folder as the source.
  3. Prepare post data in the Posts folder.
  4. Choose the processing order.
  5. Set the number of posts.
  6. Enable a delay after post creation if needed.

πŸ“ Posts Folder​

The Posts folder is used for prepared post data. The template package usually includes these subfolders:

  • Ready β€” posts ready to publish.
  • Used β€” processed posts.

Prepare posts in the format used by your template package. Do not store extra service data in these files if it should not appear in the published post.

πŸ” Post Order​

Available options:

  • Sequential β€” posts are taken in order.
  • Random β€” posts are selected randomly.
  • Reverse β€” posts are taken in reverse order.

πŸ”’ Number of Posts​

The Number of posts field limits publications in one run. If it is left empty, the template will not limit execution by this field.

⏱️ Delays​

Delay after post creation enables a pause after publication.

The range is specified in seconds:

5-10

βœ… Before Running​

  • Check that the channel supports community posts.
  • Make sure Posts/Ready contains only prepared materials.
  • Review text, links, and media before running.
  • If the account has several channels, use Multi-Channel Mode.
