🎬 Video Editing

The Video Editing task is applied to videos that are already uploaded to a channel. It can clear video metadata, close comments, and change video visibility.

βš™οΈ How to Enable

  1. In the YouTube-Manager Configuration tab, select Video Editing.
  2. Open the Video Editing tab.
  3. Enable only the actions you want to apply.
  4. If visibility changes are enabled, choose the new video visibility.
  5. Run the template on the required accounts.

🧹 Clear Metadata

The Clear Metadata option removes the following from videos:

  • description;
  • tags;
  • thumbnail.

Use this option when you need to quickly prepare a channel for new formatting or remove old video data.

πŸ’¬ Close Video Comments

The Close Video Comments option disables comments on videos in the channel.

This is useful when you need to close discussions under old content or prepare a channel for further work without comments.

πŸ” Change Video Visibility

The Change Video Visibility option changes video privacy.

Available options:

  • Public;
  • Unlisted;
  • Private.

The selected visibility is applied only when Change Video Visibility is enabled.

Review settings before running: video editing is applied in bulk. Before starting the task, make sure only the intended actions are enabled, especially if the channel contains videos that should not be changed.
