🧭 YouTube-Manager

YouTube-Manager is a template for bulk YouTube channel management: checking channels, creating new channels, filling channel metadata, editing videos, deleting videos and playlists, clearing channel data, removing subscriptions, and using SMS verification when needed.

Work starts by selecting one or more tasks in the template input settings. The selected tasks are then applied to the accounts enabled for processing in the Account Manager.

πŸ“Œ Tasks

The YouTube-Manager Configuration tab includes the following tasks:

  • Channel Checking β€” checks a channel and writes the collected data to a report spreadsheet.
  • Channel Creation β€” creates a channel on the account when a channel needs to be created.
  • Channel Metadata β€” fills the channel title, username, description, keywords, country, links, avatar, and banner.
  • Video Editing β€” updates existing videos on the channel: clears metadata, closes comments, and changes video visibility.
  • Delete Videos β€” deletes videos by the selected criterion.
  • Delete Playlists β€” deletes playlists by the selected criterion.
  • Clear Channel Metadata β€” removes selected channel profile data.
  • Remove Subscriptions β€” unsubscribes the channel from a specified number of channels.
  • SMS Channel Verification β€” an unofficial option for verifying a channel with a virtual phone number. Before using it, check the current requirements and limitations with the developer.

Choosing tasks: if you only need to collect information about channels, choose Channel Checking. If you need to modify channels, select only the actions that should actually be performed. Destructive actions are easier to control when they are run as separate tasks.

πŸ“ Main Files

The project folder contains several working files:

  • [Accounts].xlsx β€” the main account spreadsheet. The first sheet contains accounts; the second sheet, Linker, contains the data used for filling channel metadata.
  • [Channels].xlsx β€” a channel report spreadsheet. It is filled by the template; you do not need to fill it manually before running the task.
  • 3_Channels_Titles.txt β€” a text file with channel titles, used when File is selected as the title source during channel creation.
  • [Config] β€” the template service folder: cookies, license files, logs, errors, and auxiliary files.

Important: [Accounts].xlsx, [Channels].xlsx, cookies, license files, and error logs may contain sensitive data. Do not publish these files or send them to third parties without cleaning them first.

πŸ” Typical Workflow

  1. Prepare the accounts in [Accounts].xlsx.
  2. Select the required task in the input settings.
  3. If the task needs additional data, fill the corresponding sheet or file.
  4. Run the template.
  5. Check account statuses in [Accounts].xlsx and channel report data in [Channels].xlsx.

🚻 Multi-Channel Mode

YouTube-Manager supports accounts that have multiple YouTube channels. If the template must work with a specific channel on an account, enable Multi-Channel Mode in the Additional Settings tab.
