3️⃣ Device Migration

If necessary, you can transfer the template along with ZennoPoster / ZennoBox to another device. There are no restrictions on the number of device-to-device transfers, but there is a frequency limitation - no more than once per hour.

Do not attempt to install ZennoPoster / ZennoBox on a new device until you remove the previous device binding in your personal account. Subsequently, license acquisition problems may arise that will prevent ZennoPoster / ZennoBox from starting and make installation on a new device impossible!

To transfer a template to another device, you need to:

  1. Completely remove ZennoPoster / ZennoBox from the computer using the uninstaller or through "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows.
  2. Log into your ZennoLab personal account.
  3. Find the profile button with your email address in the upper right corner and click on it, then select "Hardware" from the dropdown menu. You will be redirected to a page with a "Go to old version of account" button - proceed with the transition.

  1. In the old version of the ZennoLab personal account, on the "Hardware" tab, you need to delete all records of linked devices using the "delete" button.

  1. Wait 10 minutes and then install ZennoBox / ZennoPoster on the new device.
